Practice Profile 

Karen commenced practice in 2019 upon completion of her pupillage with Mr. M.T. Yeung, Mr. Osmond Lam, Mr. Tony Ko and Mr. Jeffrey Li. 

​

Karen has been developing a broad civil and criminal practice and has appeared in the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance, the District Court (including the Family Court) and the Magistrates’ Courts either as a sole advocate or a led junior. 

​

Karen accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. She has been instructed for both advocacy and advisory work on matters covering a wide range of areas of law including bankruptcy and winding-up, building and construction, building management, company, contract, family, general tort, personal injury, probate, property and conveyancing and as well as other civil and commercial disputes.

​

Karen has also undertaken an array of criminal work including bail applications, legal visits, mitigation and trials. 

 

Karen can conduct cases and draft pleadings in both English and Chinese. She has also completed the HKMAAL approved mediation training and the CIArb approved arbitration training.
